What is the best way to book an appointment?

The best way to schedule an appointment with me is through text message, as I cannot take calls while attending to guests in my suite. I can respond to texts more promptly than phone calls. You are always welcome to leave a voice message and I will return your call as soon as is possible.
What is your refund policy?

I do not offer refunds on services. That said, if you need an adjustment on a haircut or color I am happy to do that! Please contact me within a week of your service.
What is your cancellation policy?

I do understand that sometimes life happens and people need to reschedule but I do ask that you allow 48 hours notice if you must cancel.

If it happens frequently I will have to ask for a card on file to schedule future appointments.
What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, checks and cards.
